The main purpose of the Fresno-Madera CABE/CASBE chapter is to launch a proactive public relations campaign that gains the understanding and support of the public for Bilingual Education as a viable and effective means for achieving the academic success of students.

Other goals include to:

• strengthen communications
• broaden membership
• inform and involve community members
• establish training sessions
• develop a mutually supportive professional network of educators.
